A 14-year-old Milwaukee boy is in custody after a shocking series of violent crimes, culminating in the fatal hit-and-run of motorcyclist Marc Jones on June 27. The boy’s extensive criminal history includes 25 charges, 24 of which are felonies, spanning armed robberies, auto thefts, a shooting, and the deadly collision.
The crime spree began when the boy was just 13, with the first known incident occurring on June 13. It involved the attempted theft of a Kia and the robbery of two women at gunpoint, according to CBS 58.
Over the following weeks, the boy’s criminal activities escalated, including robbing a teen at gunpoint, shooting a girl in the jaw near McGovern Park, and committing multiple armed robberies, some targeting out-of-towners during the Northwestern Mutual event and Eric Church concert.
On July 26, the boy shot at a man, stole his car, and later fatally struck Marc Jones while fleeing from police. The boy was arrested on July 31, and now faces a $200,000 bond as he awaits further legal action. His arrest marks the end of a brief but violent period that has left a deep impact on the Milwaukee community.
