An officer located the vehicle on West National Avenue near Glen Park Road and attempted to follow it. The driver then accelerated, attempting to elude law enforcement, leading to a chase through a local subdivision before re-entering West National Avenue at high speed. Police eventually terminated the pursuit for safety reasons.

However, the suspect vehicle continued to flee and was later involved in a rollover accident at the intersection of South 124th Street and West National Avenue, eventually coming to a stop in West Allis. The suspect fled the wrecked vehicle on foot and attempted to hide in a nearby apartment building but was quickly located and arrested by officers from the West Allis Police Department.

The two injured parties were transported to a hospital with injuries that were reported as non-life-threatening. The incident remains under investigation.
